Sunday brunch is amazing! I went there with a small group--we arrived early. The staff were very friendly and let us sit down while they set up the buffet brunch. There were 3 tables of yummy food! Scrambled eggs and french toast, along with tamales and homemade tortilla chips. Chicken legs and pork ribs! Coffee and mango juice, too. We also ordered house special margaritas. So tasty. Pay as you come in and go to the bar for a drink. The place is so big! There's even a big patio!

Ate here for a late lunch on a Saturday. No line when we got there. Got grilled chicken chimichangas, the chicken was cooked in front of us and the burritos deep fried right away. They were amazingly delicious. The queso and chips were yummy as well. Plenty of seating and a quiet and calm atmosphere inside. Parking was tricky, the street was mostly full and there is no dedicated parking lot. After circling the block a few times we found a spot.

Another first time option and we’re happy we tried it. We stopped in with a good sized group on a Saturday evening and were seated in less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere is great, including a couple bars and an easy access take out area. The staff were awesome, very friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. If you’re a good, authentic Mexican food, do yourself a favor and stop in to Maya Cuisine!

Update: 10/2024 Still amazing and best place in the area to get a delicious burrito and quesadilla!! I love their side bar of extra dips, sauces, condiments! This is the best place to get a burrito in the cities! The meats are just the perfect amount of juicy and the salsa options are wonderful. I love the salsa and toppings bar - it makes the experience! I can eat Maya every day of the week!

This review focuses solely on the food, as we opted for delivery and didn’t visit the location itself, but I assure you, it was an experience worth sharing! From the moment we unwrapped our meal, anticipation filled the air, and our taste buds were set ablaze with excitement. Let’s start with the tortilla chips – they were nothing short of fantastic! Unlike those sad, broken pieces you often find at the bottom of the bag, these chips were wonderfully whole, fresh, and perfectly crispy. You could hear that satisfying crunch with every bite. They paired beautifully with the salsa, which had just the right amount of zing, enhancing every delicious morsel. You could tell these chips were made with care, and they truly stole the show right off the bat! Next up were the barbacoa tacos, and oh my goodness, they were amazing! Each taco was a delightful little package of flavor; the meat was incredibly soft and tender, bursting with a medley of seasonings that danced on my palate. It’s the kind of food that makes you pause and savor each bite, as the richness of the barbacoa melded with the fresh toppings, creating a fiesta in my mouth. Then came the star of the evening – the quesabirria! Let me tell you, this dish was on the next level! Picture this: each bite packed with ooey-gooey cheesy goodness that made me want to keep reaching for more. The savory broth combined with the beautifully cooked meat had me hooked instantly. I could have eaten it for days and never gotten tired of that deliciousness. To wrap up our evening, we indulged in chicken and pork tamales. While they were very good and hearty, I have to say they didn't quite measure up to some of the incredible tamales I've enjoyed at restaurants back in West Saint Paul. They felt a tad lacking in seasoning compared to what I’m accustomed to, but let me clarify, they were still amazing! Generously sized and incredibly filling, they made for a satisfying end to our meal. Overall, this delivery experience was a delight, and I can wholeheartedly recommend these dishes to anyone looking for fantastic Mexican food. Just imagine sharing this feast with friends or family, creating bonding moments over each delicious bite. I can’t wait to try more from the menu and, hopefully, to enjoy it in the cozy ambiance of the restaurant itself next time!

First of all, I got ID’d when ordering a beer to enjoy my tacos the way God intended. So, thank you for that; I take it as a compliment . Then, friendly staff addressed me as “Jefa” (boss). Thanks for that as well . You guys made my day. The food was delicious. The customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend.
